Do you no longer have the energy you used to have? Many people may say well it is just your age live with it……….. should you settle for that?
There are 3 different things in play here ( simplified ). Lets compare this to an engine. There is the engine itself, each and every cell in your body. The air we breath ( the turbo ) and the fuel we take in, nutrition.
As we age and are exposed to aging factors like bad environment, UV exposure, stress, bad diet, lack of exercise etc etc. Due to this our cells reproduce slightly damaged every time. ( genes get switched off ). The cells need to transform nutrition into energy. With damaged cells it is like driving a car with an engine that does not fire on all pistons. Then we need to take care of our oxygen intake. First of all we need to learn how to breath again ( like a new born baby ). Really look at it in times of stress you breath is shallow. Then the transfer of oxygen into your blood cells is also vital this can be improved by exercise and nutrition.
Also the amount of minerals in our water is no longer there. The amount of vitamins and minerals in our food including fruit and vegetables has diminished. Therefor a supplementation of minerals and vitamins is needed that compliment each other. This is key to absorption!!! If they are not taken in a way that the vitamins and minerals compliment each other you will be admiring your color of your urine. So it is key to educate yourself on how to take them.
